Kansas defeated Iowa State 91-71 last night and now turns all of its focus on Saturday’s game against Baylor in Waco. The Baylor Bears are currently ranked #1 in the country and have yet to lose a Big 12 game this season. Kansas is currently ranked #3 and has lost only one Big 12 game this season which was to Baylor in early January. Saturday’s epic game could decide several things the least of which is which team will most likely end up winning the Big 12 Regular Season Championship. Bragging rights will be on the line as will Kansas’ determination to win the Big 12 Regular Season after not winning at least a share of it for the first time in 14 years last season as Texas Tech and Kansas State shared the title. Baylor still needs to win tonight’s game at Oklahoma before Saturday’s matchup and they shouldn’t look past the Sooners as Oklahoma is tied for 4th place in the Conference this season. College Gameday will be in Waco Saturday as the College Basketball world will be tuned in at 12pm to watch what will most likely be one of the best games of the season.
