The Jadwin Gymnasium is the Tigers home court for Men’s and Women’s basketball and is located in Princeton, NJ. The venue seats 6,854 and opened in 1969. The Jadwin Jungle is the official student cheering section and basketball booster group in Jadwin Gymnasium for the Princeton Tigers basketball teams, located in the bleachers closest to the court behind the scorers’ tables. The Jadwin Gymnasium is a great medium-sized venue to take in a Division 1 College Basketball game. The crowd was ecstatic Saturday evening as the Princeton Tigers hosted the Cornell Big Red in an Ivy League game. The Tigers and the Big Red traded baskets for the majority of the game and the Big Red ended up hitting a few clutch few throws and holding off the Tigers to win by the final score of 85-82. The Tigers were led by Jaelin Llewellyn’s 30 points while the Big Red’s Dean Noll had 18 points.
I would highly recommend visiting the Jadwin Gymnasium if you are ever in Princeton, NJ and are looking to take in a high quality Division 1 basketball game as the Jadwin Gymnasium is a great venue. Every seat in the Jadwin Gymnasium has you up close to the action on the court and there isn’t a bad seat to be had. I will give the Jadwin Gymnasium 4.5 out of 5 stars as the medium-sized venue was electric and the fans were very passionate and engaged as well. I am looking forward to visiting several arenas in Virginia next weekend. Until then.
